Fort Wayne - great job and team! I've been to Gerber 3 times and in each case Dawn was thorough, prepared and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Jeff, the Estimator, did a great job of breaking down several options in the estimate of work. My car was always done on time and their follow up was very professional and thorough! When I had a question about something after the service work, Ryan, the General Manager, personally called me to discuss. He and his team went above and beyond in several ways to make sure I was completely satisfied and that Gerber had met and exceeded my expectations. They did! I will recommend them to friends. A lot of companies tell you they want you to be completely satisfied... Gerber really means it!

Gerber was the only "positive" aspect of my accident. They allowed me to drop off my vehicle with minimal notice (as I was leaving for vacation) while they were already booked. Further, they completed the repairs one day early. They even completed several "touch-ups" for no additional charge! Thanks Gerber! I will recommend you every chance I get :)

Gerber Collision Revision did a fantastic job fixing my car after my accident. The customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and very willing to help in any way they could. They did a wonderful job fixing the damage done to my car and hand washed it and cleaned the inside. I was very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone!
