I can't say enough about the service I received from the staff at Gerber Gaithersburg they went way above & beyond my expectations. I was so shook up after the accident they helped arrange to get my vehicle over to the shop & made me feel at ease. They kept me informed via text & calls through out the whole process. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised my car looked even better than before it was in the accident. They had even diagnosed some mechanical issues I was having & were able to address them while already in the shop. Hopefully I won't be in need of their services again but I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff at Gerber is wonderful and full-service. They are there early and expedite the rental process. They did promise an interior vacuum that was not done, but if it was not promised, I would never have expected it. I recommend Gerber for it's great service and quality work.

We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Gerber. From start to finish, I cannot imagine a smoother repair experience. They seemed truly focused on customer service and providing the customer the easiest and most satisfying experience. They completed the repairs within the expected time frame. The repairs were will done and the car was returned to us in pristine condition. In addition, they kept us informed through the entire repair process. The Gaithersburg, MD location has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Being in the hospitality industry, my expectation level is fairly high. Unfortunately, I've had the pleasant opportunity of visiting with them on three separate occasions all within the past year so I have had the opportunity to come in contact with the entire staff and I must say they ALL have one thing in common, which is to exhibit outstanding customer service while exceeding your expectations. They realize that "customer communication" is a very important key to outstanding service, in conjunction with performing an outstanding repair. Gretchen, Joanne and everyone in that office are definitely "top notch" and go above and beyond to make every customer not only satisfied, but feel special and valued during a stressful time of car ... repair. Extremely professional staff. The work was completed a lot faster than the estimated time. The level of communication with the customer via daily texts and/or calls is unrivaled. You feel like you are part of the team completing the work. I would absolutely recommend anyone to have their work completed at the Gaithersburg location. I am used to auto shops being cold and impersonal. The people at Gerber Collision are warm and welcoming and from the second I walked in, they made me feel that everything was going to be taken care of and made right. This was the second time I used them for auto body work and as it was the last time, the work done on my care was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility and will definitely choose them again if my car needs work.
