This is my second experience with the Gaithersburg, MD Gerber shop, and the staff continues to amaze me with their superior customer service and attention to detail. For example, the car was returned to me SEVERAL days before its scheduled return! Excellent craftsmanship is standard with this shop. This is the ONLY autobody repair facility that I will take my cars! They are tops to be sure!!

I had seen the business in my area for quite sometime. i wasn't sure how good the work would be on my car. when my car was broken into and the handle on the drivers side was broken along with not being able to open the car door, i wanted to take the car to a close location for repair. i decided to take my car to Gerber collision. I can say that i am so glad that i did. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the repair on my car only took 24 hours. i didn't even have time to enjoy the rental i was driving because the repair for so fast. they even cleaned the car inside and out. i am glad to write this review for all to see.if you have any doubts at all about taking your car there for repair, know that you will be very satisfied with there work. i am recommending gerber collision to everyone that i know. thank you Gerber Collision ... for such a great job. read more

SUPERIOR service and craftsmanship from start to finish! I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided to me, and that includes those who greeted me at the reception area, the lady who did the damage assessment, and the men who worked on my car (for example, the men were not satisfied with the first bumper that they received, so they sent it back and requested a second bumper be provided, which they accepted). In sum, a very, very satisfactory experience! I will recommend -- with pleasure -- Gerber to anyone who needs auto body repairs and/or auto glass service.

The service I received was fantastic from the front office to the quality of the work. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I've had to have my truck worked on the first time was under an Allstate claim at the Airpark location which is now closed. I was happy to hear the same staff was now at the Snouffer School Rd location I knew I could trust them to get the job done. This time I was paying out of pocket they & made it painless as possible & got the job done quickly, I own a mechanic shop locally & refer my customers here with confidence!

After a huge tree branch hit my car during a storm my insurance recommended various providers and I chose to take my Camry to Gerber C&G - throughout the process I was kept informed of the progress with emails, calls and pictures online that even my friends in Israel could see. I picked up my car this morning and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work. Their customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and acquaintances.

Just picked up our car from Gerber Collison. The car looks brand new. They did a great job on two relatively minor repairs. The service was wonderful and professional from start to finish. Gayle in the front office kept me up to date on the repairs and called when the repair was completed. Gayle and Ric also went out of their way to open up a few minutes early to facilitate the dropping off of my car. I will definitely use Gerber again for car repairs and will recommend them to my friends & neighbors.
