I am writing to commend your honest appraisal of a recent work done by one of your estimators - Andrew D. This was involving my 2012 Toyota Prius V which had a visible blemish on the passenger rear when I grazed against my garage. Prior to my visit, I went to one of your competitors who estimated the work around $1400. Andrew inspected the damage, walked to the shop and returned with a polishing compound. He rubbed the affected area several times and presto, the blemish was gone. He thus saved me costly repair bill. It is this type of dedication to excellence and integrity that brings customers back. Everyone was very friendly from the start. The staff was easy to work with. The work done on my car was done in a timely manner and the repairs were done correctly. They made it easy to drop off my car and get my rental car. Spoke with Lynn several times and she was helpful in getting answers to my questions. Customer service was great!

Don M. was my Service Representative..and he was so interested in my Problem and made me feel so comfortable and assured that my problems were going to get excellent attention. He gave me and my car his full attention while I was talking. My car was repaired promptly, and I was given a Courtesy call I could come get it.. Mr. M. met me at the door and escorted me to my car and explained all the details to me and he walked me around my car for inspection and my satisfaction....I cannot recommend Gerber Collision enough and I hope all who visit a Gerber have a Don M. as their Rep.
