They took great car of my baby. They made it so easy, all I had to do was drop my car off. Thank did all the paper work and even set up my rental for me. I was also informed of what they would fix, then they called to let me know how long it would take, and when it was ready they called again - no guessing games. Definitely will use them for any future needs for my family and friends. It was a great surprise to see they vacuumed the inside of the car, even though all the damage and repair was on the outside.

I would like to thank Ms. Karen O. for her help when I came to make the appointment she was very nice and very helpful she was also able to answer my questions concerns I had plus she able to book your appointment to accommodate your schedule. I would like to thank Mr. Grayson S. as well he was very nice as well and helpful and took me step by step in the process to let me know what was going to be done to my vehicle and let me know what it was going to cost. I also like Gerber cause they keep you updated on your car from the time you drop it off too the time you pick it up! I felt very welcomed when I walked in the door so that meant a lot to me and I would do business there again and I would recommend my friends and family to Gerber if they need any type of body work done. I would like to thank the Mechanics that worked on my car to get ... the scratches out it looks brand new like I didn't have a scratch on it YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!! Friendly, efficient service. I was rear ended by a person insured by Progressive. Car was finished ahead of schedule and looked great. Showroom was clean and attractive. Customer Service was very good. I was kept apprised of the repair schedule and car was finished a week ahead of the anticipated date. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision to a friend or family member.

Excellent service. I've used a lot of body shop even people that I know, and I'll have to admit this is been the best experience of a bad situation. They contacted me every other day and had my car ready in 3 days. Even lined it back up and washed and cleaned it. I could not ask for better service and the job looks excellent. I highly recommend these people and I've never met them. My wife dropped it off and picked it up, and as I was at work they kept in contact with me, and have it ready to be picked up in 3 days
