Karen was a 10 out of 10. She was so helpful, went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. I had initial trouble with Allstate and getting everything arranged was patient while I was on the phone with them, and was still working to get my questions answered while I was on the phone. I was in a hurry in between my two jobs while picking up my car and she met me outside, helped me move everything back into my car and made sure it was an easy process. Karen was a wonderful help!!

I went to Gerber Collision after someone backed up and severely dented my car. The reception was warm and very inviting. The service fast and neat. My expectations met, I would go back to Gerber collision without hesitation.Thanks to a very good team I got my ride back and it's looking awesome!

I came in with questions from an estimate I had been sent elsewhere to get and Bill not only answered them, but took me on a tour of the facility and walked me through the process of what all would be done to repair my car step by step while using cars currently being repaired as visuals.
