They remained in contact with my insurance company and informed me that they would take care of everything. Long story short: very professional, returned my truck within (2) days! Looked brand new. My experience with Gerber was the easiest, best experience I have ever had with a collision/repair shop. Everyone was so helpful, professional and caring. Andrew kept me informed each step of the process and was always on top of his game when it came to letting me know if an issue came up. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again if the need arises!

Insurance was national general for real end; personal responsibility for the front end bumper. Excellent clean work, finished earlier than expected.. Very personal on arrival. My wife had a little rear end bumper. We will be using Gerber for that. Do not wish to check other shops; very satisfied with the service.
