Had car repair with Mike and he was very helpful and kept things simple. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and confident in Gerber in Duluth. The staff was very kind and let me sit in the lobby to study for an exam and washed my car when the repair was done. I will recommend this location to friends and family who need to get service done.

Boomer LaChine was friendly, courteous and kept me up to date on all progress. The shop was easy to deal with and made me feel like a valued customer. I appreciated the call about wanting to fix an issue found upon quality control. That shows me that quality is taken seriously and customer service ranks high. I am very satisfied with all the staff I encountered and the conversations I had including the resident Manager, whose name escapes me. I felt listened to and my concerns taken seriously. Should I have another issue I will keep this Gerber location on my contact list.

I wanted to let you know that Elaine has done a great job on taking care of the repairs on the Volvo. She has stayed on top all of the repairs and kept me informed. You should have more employees like her. Please tell Elaine THANK YOU and that I greatly appreciate all her help.

Recently moved to Duluth, GA. when I was involved in a hit & run. Insurance company linked me several collision locations and I chose Gerber because it was the closest one to where I live. Was helped by Mike and was surprised with the attentiveness and speed at which I was helped. It also did not hurt that my repairs were done within a reasonable time frame and was ecstatic to see there was no sign of an accident.

Mike Upton was my service professional at Gerber Collision. At first I was reluctant to leave my car at Gerber. Your wondering why? Customer Service Focus is not an industry must have anymore. It's all about the bottom line. What Gerber have done for me is the LAST thing...Listened, Apologized, Solved & thanked me for selecting them as a service provider. This was my second time having work done at the Gerber Collision facility on Oak Street in Roswell. The team there did such a good job fixing/repainting my Acura MDX drivers side a few weeks ago that I decided to take it back to fix/repaint some minor scratches and dents that had occured over the years on my Acura MDX passengers side. Again, the quality of the work was excellent and Jennifer Parker provided A+ service.

Gerber not only fixed the bumper and headlight on the front of my car in a timely manner, they helped me get in touch with the rental car place and worked around my schedule. The continually stayed in contact with me about the issues that my car was having. They also informed me that my car had been in previous accidents which was not disclosed to me when I bought the car. They showed me the repair work that had been done on the car. They were very honest and diligent in fixing my car. Everyone was very polite.

I was not aware that there was such a glass company that also repair auto's as well. The service was quick and the work was excellent. I just knew that my final statement would be over the edge. WRONG!! You guy's are great. In the future (should the occasion arise) i will definately recommend any and everyone to Gerber. You guy's are really on point and i appreciate it. I want to take a moment and offer my gratitude to the amazing staff of Gerber in Rome, GA. Ashley and everyone at the center are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable. This is the first time I have been involved in any sort of auto accident and they were very understanding to my concerns and answered all of my questions thouroughly. The repair work is truly outstanding and I am impressed beyond words. My car was ready when promised and it was super clean, inside and out. Again, thanks to Ashley and her crew for the outstanding job. You'll always be highly ''wreck-ommended'' by me!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the staff at this location and how helpful they have been in making sure I was taken care of in a highly professional and yet empathetic manner. Kimberly, who answered my calls and was the first person I met when entering the office, is assuring and an attentive listener. Stephanie D'Agostin symbolizes what every customer service person should have in terms of noting and addressing concerns and getting all the information I hadn't thought important. I know this isn't exactly true, because there were other clients in the office also having repairs done, but it seemed as if my needs were the only ones important, and my repairs the only ones which mattered.
