Getting my car repaired with Gerber Collision was an easy and stress-free experience. The team in Augusta handled everything professionally, communicated well and often, and were available to answer any questions that I had about the process. They were willing to work with me to facilitate my school schedule and schedule my repairs when it was convenient for me. They worked efficiently to minimize the time that I was without my car. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during the entire process. The repairs on my vehicle were completed in a timely manner and without any complications. The staff were friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision in Augusta to anyone needing service to their vehicle.

Very professional and quick job, first let me say as a mechanic I am a tough customer, I can barely tell the car was ever in a wreck, I can, only because of the bodyline on the aftermarket hood, paint match is great, repairs and service superceded my expectations, 4 stars given because 4.5 is not an option, again, I can tell the car has been repaired but it isnt noticeable to anyone else, very close considering aftermarket parts, customer service is outstanding, again, I am a tough customer, quick, professional good job. great experience

Trisha was really regular with calling us to update about the repairs, especially as many parts were out of stock for quite a while. Upon return, they took care to clean the car well for us. Excellent customer service! I love that Gerber collision has great communication also. I was kept in the loop of what was happening with my car and anyone I talked to answered all questions and went above and beyond. They estimated a week due to national part shortages and that's exactly what it took to get the car fixed. Thanks Max, Jennifer, and Danny! Y'all made the process of getting my car fixed so much easier and I can tell you care about your customers and jobs. I highly recommend, I never do surveys but they took care of me so well I had to share! I will be back for any services I may need on my car

We would like to commend the outstanding customer service of Michael of the Dallas, GA location. One of the luggage racks on my Volvo was damaged by inadvertently closing the garage door, causing it to be knocked off. Michael quickly devised a solution and reattached the rack in an excellent fashion. His work was top-notch and he corrected the matter in just a few minutes. It is unusual to see this level of customer satisfaction, and we greatly appreciate his customer relations skills.
