She explained everything, from the repairs to final bill. If I had and questions or concerns, she was there. Samantha made the craziness easier to deal with.

I have only had one car accident in my lifespan of driving. I have never had any experience as amazing as the experience I have received at this facility. Dana went out of her way when she found out that I was having to take a bus for three hours since my car was in the shop. She went to her boss and helped me get a temp car. This kind of service speaks loudly with customer service. I am a nurse and deal with people all the time. I am always teaching new nurses about the importance of customer service. Its was great to see this level of customer service within the car repair. I have already told several people about the great service I have received at Gerber Collision and I will continue to tell anyone looking for trustworthy, and amazing service. I believe in word of mouth is worth its weight in gold. Dana did not have to go out of her ... way to help a person in need but she did and I cant thank her enough. I am now going online to go to any site to give reviews of this wonderful facility. I will never forget what they did for me. I do hope and pray I will not ever be in any car accident ever again but If anyone I know is ever in a car accident I will be there with a flag yelling go to Gerber Collision. GA - 11200 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell - 3/30/12

I just had my car repaired at Gerber. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, but also very pleasant. I would highly recommended them. In fact, I took my daughter with me when I picked up my car so she could get an estimate on some repair on her car. She was given an estimate of approx. $700.00 as opposed to an estimate at another company for over $1,000.00. I am well pleased with the work done on my car.

They did a great job repairing my car! The car was in and out quickly. The body man that repaired it did a great job because The dent was in a crease and I was afraid you would be able to tell. The paint guy matched the paint . You can 't even tell It was dented.

Mr. Ray, The purpose of my letter is to call your attention to the extraordinary service and professionalism extended to me by Jennifer Parker, Mike Upton and all of the team at Gerber Collision & Glass at 11200 Alpahretta Highway in Roswell. Jennifer can give you the details but recently, after I had some body work done there, an odd situation arose that could have become very confrontational and unpleasant. It did not. Jennifer took responsibility, showing the greatest courtesy, and saw to it that I was happy and satisfied first. She was pleasant, professional, friendly and welcoming throughout. From my first contact with Mike Upton to my last phone call with Ms. Parker, I have seen no attitude, felt no pressure, have experienced only professional courtesy and respect. Gerber Collision & Glass name is well worth its weight in gold. I received business located at 725 Dekalb Industrial Way, Decatur, GA 30033. I personally was re-assured of the great collision repair on my 2005 Chevy Malibu by staff member Stephanie D'agostin from the moment I entered this location for an repair estimate. I was a victim in an auto accident by receiving rear-end damage, and was hesitant about using a repair shop referred by the other insurance company. But, Stephanie humbled my apprehensions with exemplary customer service by utilizing an intrusive estimate examination, a detailed explanation for the estimated time for the collision repair, possibilities for discovery of further damages, and any problems with the repairs that could be corrected after completion of collision work, Mrs. D'agostin should due a training ... class nationwide for providing outstanding customer service to people whom may due business now, or possibly in the future with your company.
