I was very satisfied with the way my car turned out. It looks as if the scratches were never even there. The appraisers were able to talk me through the estimate and explain to me what everything was and then were able to stay within that estimate, which was great. No surprises :)

I am very pleased with the beautiful paint job and new spoiler replaced on my 20 year old Nissan Maxima, it looks show room new. The Facility is beautiful and the manager very caring and professional.

Excellent customer service! I brought my vehicle in for a technician to look at with thoughts that if it could be repaired that I would have to make an appointment. I asked the staff if they were busy and was told yes, they were quite busy but would still have a tech look at my car. Immediately, they asked for my keys and within 5 minutes returned to tell me they were already working on the problem. When the staff returned with my keys, I was told there would be no charge for the service! I couldn't believe it. Not only did they service me immediately, fix the problem on the spot but they didn't even charge me! I would highly reccomend using Gerber if you are in need of collision/glass services. Wonderful and friendly service. Repairs were done in the time stated. Good communications with service department. When additional damage was found during repair, management called to discuss with me and to work out need for increase cost over estimated cost. Location and availablitliy of a rental car was key to my choosing Gerber.

I found a friendly and knowledgeable staff at Gerber. I was met by Ms Jennifer Parker who did my appraisal on Dec 3 and gave me her recommendation. When I called to arrange for my auto repairs on Feb 29 Mr Joe another appraiser assured me that my file was active and I could bring in my car that same day. My car was completey restored and made to look brand new. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who wants the best collision repair business in the industry handling their automobile. I wish you all much success in the future.

I just picked up my Lexus and I couldn't be happier! The car looks absolutely wonderful and it was ready when promised. If I need repairs in the future I will be sure to visit Gerber and ask specifically for Dana. She was extraordinary helpful and knowledgeable. All around it was a great experience.

Ms. Dana Frachiseur, Estimator, was fer professional and friendly. She welcomed me to the office, as we walked around the truck she reviewed the damage to my truck . Arranged a rental cat for my usage during the repair time. I am very pleased with the repaired and would highly recommend Gerber Collisions repair to all my friends.
