I had not realized how much I missed seeing out of a complete mirror until I was driving back to work and what do you know?????????? I could actually see behind me again! As a retired Naval Officer and IBM manager, it was a pleasure to deal with a man who sets his own standards based upon his perception of himself. He is a rare, rare person and indivdual. He problem solved over and beyond any reasonable level of expectation. And to him it was ordinary.

I have been to Gerber Collision & Glass for my Husband, Mother and also myself. I have always had the opportunity to work with Keith and he has always given us excellent customer service. He makes sure that we were satisfied with all of our repairs. Whenever we have an accident in our family I know who to turn to because I know he is going to take care of us. Thanks Keith for all of your help. I hope I will not be seeing you no time soon since we have become regulars lol.

Perhaps you should make Decatur a training spot for new employee orientation, just to see how to treat customers. My experience with Gerber was a pleasant one. The staff was nice and very informative. Keith was the person I dealt with and was very professional, as well as pleasant. My car was in for two weeks and he called me regularly to inform me of the repairs being done and the status of my car. My car was ready on time and looked like new! A gentlemen (I don't remember his name) walked with me around my car and went over with me what had been done and let me know that if I was unhappy for any reason to bring it back and they would gladly make any needed repairs. My car looks great, drives great, and I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done! Gerber does great work and has a great staff! Keep it up!

Not only did you get my car back on the road looking bettter than ever, your staff was extremely pleasant to deal with and I actually felt like the customer. Mike gave me details of the repair and kept me updated on my car's status and showed genuine concern with me being a satisified customer! On top of that Mike even referred me to another shop to get my brakes fixed and I saved about $220! ... World Class Service... exactly what I received!

I was in the process of filling out my feedback but lost it. So I don't know if you got it or not. I just want to let you know the people at Gerber were professional, customer focused and easy to do business with. When I took my car in for an estimate, they were courteous, they took all the pictures they would need when I was ready. They worked with my schedule to get it fixed. They also did an excellent job on the repairs. My hat goes off the the people at Gerber in Roswell. Mike was a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend using them to everyone.

JENNIFER WAS MY APPRAISER AND SHE MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH MY CAR WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERED TO HER, DESPITE HER HAVING A BAY FULL OF CARS. DURING OUR FIRST MEETING, SHE WALKED ME THROUGH THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO MY CAR.
