These folks are the best ! Have had three minor fender benders in the last year or so and Gerber took excellent care of us on all three occasions. Service was courteous, friendly and prompt. Communication was outstanding ! They kept us informed of the status of our vehicle daily and our vehicles were delivered back to us on the promise date each time. The vehicles looked great and Gerber washed and even vaccumed them ! A big shout out of THANKS ! to Nicole, Cassie, John and the whole team at Gerber ! Thanks for all you've done for us !

The repairs seem great. The paint was matched exceptionally well. The communication throughout was excellent. It's the best I've experienced w a shop and I used to be an adjuster/estimator. Jane at the front desk was GREAT. she's an asset to your company. And the estimator, Kayla, was gorgeous. Yeah I said it. But it's true! ????

Was here from Columbia,SC and was in an Accident that cause damage to my door. That was scrubbing against my tire. Called Jim explained my situation amd told him i did not want to drive back home with my tire like that. He told me to come in and let him see the damage and my car was fix im less then 10mins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Service was TOP TIER.

Compared to a recent experience with another collision shop I'd rate my time with Lloyd at Gerber 10/10. He thoroughly informed me of the process and even answered all of my additional questions I had regarding my vehicle. I truly wish I came here the first time.
