Great getting my trailblazer back sooner than I thought.looks good.like it didn't get hit.before I took it in.i thought it could not be fix like it was before.state farm had me to bring it Gerber I had a chance to take it somewhere else.gerber was closer to me glad I did.thought it would take longer but no it was ready.inno time and the work you can not tell it was hit .and the people that worked there done great work and people was nice.getting back and forth with a car rental.gerber will have my business from now on.great work guys and ladies.keep up good ?? work.

Where shall I begin. I walked in to the Gerber location located at 2395 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152 and worked with Ashley D. From the first time I walked in on June 12 to yesterday, June 20 in picking up my car, I was provided with the BEST Customer Service that I have received in a VERY long time. Ashley has such a passion for what she does and it shows through her SUPERB customer service She stayed in touch for updates often and basically came through with the timing, etc of having my car repair. I have already told people what a wonderful experience it has been even though it started with a bad thing...a wreck! Hopefully, I will not need them again, but if I do, they will see me again!

I didn't have an accident, my car is 12 years old. I had some cosmetic and function issues with my car that I wanted to have fixed. The process was so easy and they did an amazing job!! One of the function issues I had was the trunk lock had broken. I had it fixed at the dealership twice and both times it didn't last and they didn't care. This time it's fixed right and I have a guarantee. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend Gerber Decatur.
