Gerber Woodstock Ga. provided me with excellent customer service. They were so friendly and Knowledgeable and they actually completed my repair ahead of schedule. They kept me informed throughout the repair process. In a day and age where customer service has become a thing of the past, this facility should be commended for excellent customer service and by the way, the repairs that they performed on my vehicle look great. They got me instantly in for the estimate and took the vehicle when scheduled. Everything ran smoothly with them. They had a little backup with getting a part in but they let me know twice a week until they finished what was going on with my vehicle. My car look brand new again. Thank you

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Amanda kept me in the loop as we waited for parts and was honest with me. I had to wait in the office for a while and they were all very friendly. My repair looks fantastic as well.

I approached this location cauriously after being bumped by another company for self paying. They had insurance work that was a higher priority. This store's estimate was slightly higher, but they assured me they could schedule my body work and have my car finished in 5 days. They did it in 4.5 days, the work was outstanding. I received a progress text daily and a phone call day 3 and 5 to handle progress reports. The car is beautiful, cleaned in and out and in the end it came in $800 under estimate. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Wife hit a deer while coming home from work and it done roughly $7k of damage to vehicle. Jimmie and his team @ the La Grange, GA location got the vehicle in very quickly and helped us line up a rental vehicle while repairs were made. The vehicle was repaired in a timely Manner with quality manufacturer parts, and the work done well. A small issue arose with the vehicle overheating due to a small air bubble being in the radiator/cooling system so needed to come back to the shop. Gerber had the vehicle towed 35 miles, came and picked us up (is our only vehicle), as well as covered another rental vehicle at no cost to us. -Excellent service -Excellent work -Excellent communication Would recommend to anyone & everyone that needed work on a vehicle. Thank you again for the great work & service!
