I was very pleased with the service from Gerber Collision. They were always nice and called to keep me informed about my car's repairs. However, the automated status texts were not accurate and that was confusing. They even brought me my car and took my rental back to Enterprise. I'm glad that I used Gerber Collision.

Everything looked great - I would have vacuumed out the front floor board and removed the paper. Also - stuff in the trunk should have been put back were it was. Other than that, no other problems at this time. Great work - repairs look terrific.

I have AAA Insurance...from beginning with the insurance company to ending with Gerber Collision, my experience was seamless. They made it happen! When I picked up my car from Gerber, it was like I was getting into the car I purchased new 6 years ago. It was repaired and it was spotless. They kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the repair and the customer service was excellent. I told the Receptionist when I left that I hope I don't have to come again, but if I do. They have my business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS I can't speaking highly enough of the folks at the location on Canton Rd in Marietta. They are the most kind and thoughtful and helpful group of people I've met in the service industry in a long while. My husband drives a Pontiac Pacifica which holds his motorized wheelchair in the back. When my husband and another gal backed up into each other, it damaged the back hatch door and busted the glass which was all over the inside, over his chair and lift. He was stranded without his chair. I called 2 other companies and was told they "could help me in 2 days from now" When I called Gerber on Canton Rd, they told me to come in first thing the next morning. I was there at 8:30, they took the car back, cut the hatch open, cleaned up all the glass and then proceeded to hand lift his chair into ... one of their pickup trucks and deliver the chair to my husband's office so he could go to work each day ???? I did not even have to ask for this!! They have totally earned any future business and all referrals! read more

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Shayna S. was SO helpful, particular, and proud of her work. You've got a gem of an employee with her. If I ever need collision repair work again (but hopefully not), I'll definitely be back. Gerber was highly recommended by a friend and now we see why. Customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond what is expected. They even washed and vacuumed the entire car. Thanks for a great job! It looks better now than before the wreck!
