Thursday, 11.15.2018 I cannot say enough nice things about the lovely staff at Gerber Collision and Glass Decatur, Georgia. Everyone one was incredibly nice and helpful to me. I delivered my Subaru to them on Monday, 11.12.2018. The receptionist called Enterprise to pick me up. Whilst I was removing items from my car to put into the Enterprise car, a very nice Gerber employee came out to my car and brought me the hot chocolate that I had left inside. It was raining and cold that day and she said she did not want me to have to go back inside to deliver my car key. She came outside to get the car key from me and to hand me my hot chocolate. They are consummate professionals dedicated to making customer satisfaction first and foremost. They went the extra mile to insure my repairs were thorough and properly executed. Ally was a pleasure to work with during the repair of my 2016 Honda Accord: she literally kept me updated via text during the repair process and I am very grateful for that! She was even able to return my car a day earlier than originally promised. I hope that I do not have to deal with again in the future; but if I do, my car will definitely be going back to this Gerber Shop. Thank you again to everyone who helped!

This shop always does a great job on our vehicles. We wouldn't take them anywhere else. The staff is great, and makes sure that you are greeted when you come in, as well as they make sure to get your vehicles done in a timely manner, but they also take their time with each vehicle. We love bringing our cars to them when they need to be repaired.

Gerber Collision is a step above all the other car repair shops I have done business with. The crew at Gerber Collision is a superior force of professionals that was dedicated to restoring my vehicle to my satisfaction. They did above and beyond job on their craftsmanship. They also were very quick with repairing my vehicle the first time and they kept me informed every step of the way. The managers and staff all contacted me in a very friendly and prompt fashion to keep me informed of all the updates. Not only that this work force has the integrity to do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. That is very difficult to find now in the service industry. Like I the other body shops i dealt with were not even comparable to Gerber Collision! I thank you !

They did a very good job repairing the front end damage to our truck: everything done and looking proper, clean, and completed two days ahead of schedule. Exceeded my expectations, no issues. Jesse N. did a terrific job with keeping me informed of every step, timely in his calls and texts, very courteous, and professional. Thank you, Jesse! Customer service was excellent and due to a delay with delivery Gerber paid for the rental car past my original date that car was due. I did not ask for this, they offered this and that is great service!

My truck was hit and the bumper was damaged. They took care of us and it was wonderful. They are very respectful of your vehicle and time. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. My truck bumper looks better than it did when I purchased it. Thank you Gerber for making my awful day better by doing such great work on my truck!
