I cannot say enough about how appreciative we are of all the team at the Newnan location. Our estimator, Alicia B., made sure that our overall experience went smoothly and answered any question we had in a timely and professional manner. The repairs done to our vehicle were top notch and we are very pleased with the outcome. The entire team at the Newnan location made this a much less stressful situation and for that we are very grateful. Thank you to the entire team!

Anyone needing repairs on your vehicle; dont take your vehicle anywhere, but.... Gerber Auto Collision & Glass in Duluth Ga, on satellite. These people know how to fix your car and they genuinely care about any and everyone who walks through their doors. i called to schedule and appointment and I talked with Suzanne who said we can have Ashley to meet you after hours so you can drop your car off and get your rental. When I dropped by car off it was after 6pm, Jean, Ashley, Brian met me at the front door and they told me that Suzanne waited and has just left. They took their time to listen to all my concerns and then they took meticulous notes to make sure they say look every thing i pointed out. What a terrific experience I had at Gerber Collision and Glass on Thursday of this week. The hard plastic protector panel under the radiator and engine in my car (Lexus LS430) had become completely dislodged and cracked almost in half. It was dragging on the street. This not an off the shelf replacement, special order from Lexus IS required. I had to return home to Atlanta that day. Robert Newman the service technician at GC/ G repaired the problem ASAP and assured me I could get to Atlanta safely and I did.I was very impressed professionalism , he is credit to his craft. This is the type of employee I want if I'm running a business! I've never used Gerber before but if there's reason in the future ...Sign me up....Thanks again Robert

The protective hard plastic cover located under my radiator and engine was in complete disrepair as walked into Gerber Collision and Glass Repair at 7 AM . It was dragging the pavement and I had to drive from Brunswick to Atlanta that day. Robert N repaired the problem . He assured me his repair would get me to Atlanta safely and it did.Thank you Robert you are a true professional and a credit to your craft. I've been in business for 50 years , Robert is the kind of person I want working for me. I had never had been to a Gerbers C/ G before ,should the need arise, they will get my future business.
