Repairs to extensive damage were very well done, my formerly new car was restored to as good as new condition. Gerber staff was attentive and courteous, keep me informed of any problems and updated me regularly on the progress being made. Just be prepared to have your vehicle in the shop longer than original estimates - but it does take time to do the repairs right. I would use their services again.

VERY SELDOM DO YOU GO INTO A BUSINESS AND FIND EACH EMPLOYEE WORKING HARD AT THEIR DESK BUT TAKE THE TIME TO KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WALKED INTO THE DOOR. STEPHANIE AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES MEETING THE CUSTOMER AND DIRECTION TO THE RIGHT PERSON. MY GO TO PERSON WAS JOHN HE WAS RIGHT ON THE BUTTON CALLING WHEN NEEDED VERY GREAT IN COMMUNICATING WHAT IS GOING ON AND VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE AND WILL BE TAKING ANOTHER CAR IN NEXT WEEK. FIVE STAR FOR SURE *****

Friendly people and atmosphere. Walked and explained what was to be done. A little to pricey I think for hood repair but still good job. Even cleaned car.
