Unfortunately, I had to have a back bumper repaired due to a hit and run in a parking lot. My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision and I had never heard of them, so I researched the internet and found no complaints! So, I took my car there for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at the superior service I received. I returned 2 days later to drop off my car and they gave me an estimate of when it would be ready. It was repaired ahead of schedule, so I was very pleased to get my car back early. I highly recommend Gerber Collision!

My husband and I came in to get an estimate on my front bumper that was pushed in, and the young lady that helped me immediately went outside to take a look at our truck even though the office was swamped with other people. She explained that in order to warranty the repairs, they would have to replace the parts damaged and even emailed me my estimate! Since we were just trying to get the damages popped out she even recommended somewhere down the street we could go. Jerrie was very courteous and professional, I would recommend this shop to my friends!

This is Company is something rare. They have the ability to be one of the most professional companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with; while remaining personable at the same time. They kept me up to date regularly on the progress of the work. When I got my BMW 330i back it looked better than NEW! Can you believe they cleaned my car out on top of everything else they did?!?! From a person who is not easily impressed, please let me say... Gerber associates have done it! I'm impressed and highly recommend their services!

Ashley was a wonderful person to work with she called me everyday keeping me updated on my 2011 dodge ram 1500 she worked and stayed over her time on a Saturday just so i could get my truck out I would definitely recommend Gerber collision to do your cars damage in Brunswick GA by the way all the employs deserve a raise as much good hard work they do on vehicles and keep there costumers updated

This is not my first time taking my vehicle to this location. The first time I took my vehicle to Gerber collision I had front fender damage. This place had everything done and ready including the CUSTOM pin stripe on in less than 2 weeks! 'Service King' "had everything done, just waiting on the pinstripe guy" it took 2 additional weeks, no exaggeration. My vehicle will only go to Gerber, not only does it look brand new when it's done. They actually look at the damage before hand and give an accurate estimate, which is hard to do without tearing the car apart. Even if I relocate and end up needing body work, this location has set the bar so high, that I would go out of my way to take my vehicle to the nearest Gerber Collision. 5 stars everytime. I'd recommend to anyone in need of body work.
