I recently revisited the Oak street Roswell Gerber for collision damage repair to my car. This was the 2nd time I have used Gerber and I was just as happy this time as I was the first time. Just like before, the work was amazing and my car looks like it was just driven off the sales lot.. The color paint was a perfect match and Gerber again exceeded my expectations in providing great value and workmanship. The employees are friendly and made my visit enjoyable. A special thanks to Mike U. who went out of his way to ensure I was a happy customer and to Kianna B for the estimate work. If I require service again, i'll be visiting Gerber for the third time and would not consider going anywhere else.

Absolutely awesome experience. From time we walked in front door and was created by Katie with a smile. They were very organized and had all my info. Then we dealt with Ashley W. who was great she did a complete walk around and made sure all our concerns were address. Then she kept us updated with all process. On top of everything it was done 9 days earlier then expected. When I picked it up it was like a brand new car sparkling outside and also cleaned spotless inside. Absolutely loved my experience with them. I hope I don't have to have any additional work done but if I do I will definitely talk there.
