I appreciate the excellent customer service I received at the Kennesaw Gerber collision & glass location. They were excellent to deal with from the moment I had my car towed into the lot, were patient with my many questions and phone calls. When I noticed a scuff mark before leaving, I showed Ashley and she got it into the shop to be fixed the same day! The people at Gerber in Dallas, GA are OUTSTANDING! From the very nice and sweet lady at the reception desk to David, the estimator that we worked with on our insurance repair. They always kept us informed multiple times per week on our repairs. Everyone there was very professional and nice. The repair work was first class and our vehicle looked like it had just came from the factory! They even detailed the inside and outside for us before we picked it up! You can bet that if we ever need any body repairs or glass replacements, we will DEFINITELY take our vehicles to Gerber in Dallas!! GREAT PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE!!

We chose Gerber through excellent word of mouth and would use again. They did a wonderful job and worked directly with out insurance company. I was able to leave my rental for the rental company to pick up. No need to have someone follow me and drop it off. Very convenient.
