I had extensive damage to the front end, left fender, and left door of my 2014 Ford Escape. Repair process took approximately 3 weeks. I was contacted daily either by text message or a phone call from Nick Bishop with a current status message. When I picked up the repaired car it looked like a new car, inside and outside. I am completely satisfied with the Gerber repair process and highly recommend them. Thanks to Nick and the entire repair crew.

In the beginning I wasn't sure whether to use their service because my car is a fairly new car and I wanted to bring it back to the dealership and use whoever they were using. I am so glad I changed my mind. My car is my baby. It was a gift from my son so like all my children I wanted the best care I could find. I had damage on the right front passenger side door and fender. My appointment with the insurance adjuster was at 9:30 a.m. on a Tuesday and they told me that they would have it ready by Friday. By the time I went back to work I received a text message from them (10:10) informing me that I will be receiving repair status updates periodically. At around 6:00 p.m., I received another text message informing me that the completion date changed to pending for 7/26/16. I thought, "Bummer!" then thought well, I'd rather they ... took their time repairing it well than doing a quick fix. The following day, Mark called to inform me of that change and said he will call again if there was a change in status. Wednesday morning, I received another text informing me that the repair is underway. Come Thursday, I received another text message in the morning informing me that my vehicle is on track to come home. At 2:42, I received a call from Mark informing me that my baby is all fixed and ready to come home. I said, "Wow!" That's awesome! Their service is really great! Katie, who's the first person you'll see as you walk in is very personable. The agent assigned to me was Mark. He called me to give me updates and very personable as well. Before I picked up my car, I informed them I would be coming in close to 5:30 (they close at 5:30) and Mark told me that they will wait for me and I thought that was really nice of them to accommodate me. When they brought my car to the front I did a walk-through the vehicle with Randy who was also very personable. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me while I checked the area where the damage was and I was very impressed with the job very well done. Excellent service and excellent job. You have some very nice folks working at this location. Jimmy is a super nice guy. My car was ready when he promised and they even washed it. Very impressed with everything and I usually don't impress easily. I can always find something wrong or something you need to improve upon. Not the case here. Hopefully I want need to ever come back but if I do I will call Jimmy M.
