Ashley handed our claim very expertly and professionally. We were glad we were in her hands. I had just had my car totaled in July because the other driver who slammed into me had a vehicle that was not roadworthy (no brakes). My husband's vehicle, a 2006 Toyota Tundra, was hit by a deer in our neighborhood. As you can imagine, we are not in the market for a new vehicle, and I had begged Ashley to find a way to get the vehicle fixed (after market parts, etc.) and to get the cost low enough that USAA would not total it. She assured me she would be able to accomplish the task and, after some diligent research and hard work on her part, we picked up the truck a few days ago, clean as a whistle and all the work expertly done. Ken and I were very happy to find out that Gerber guarantees its work for the life of the vehicle. This was an ... unexpected surprise! Needless to say, we will be referring Gerber anytime someone is in need of a repair or collision work, and we will send them to Ashley Devens! I came in because I had a scratch on the bumper of my 2002 Cadillac Deville DTS, right away the young lady told me that she could fix the issue, then she told me about which options I could go with and what would suit me best, not only did she remove the scratch, but she was very helpful and her customer service was AMAZING!!!!!! I will use Gerber for repair on my vehicles if I ever need them.... THANK YOU FRO GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!
