Mike and his team were outstanding. They provided continuous updates throughout the process and gave me a breakdown of the work that was done on my car when I arrived to pick it up. They even had it clean inside and out and looking better than it had in over a year when I picked it up. All that after doing work on the underside of the vehicle. Most places would do the work and have you pick it up. It's little things like this that go a long way to customer satisfaction. Mike and his team truly take pride in their work and it shows. From top to bottom this is a very well run shop and they have my highest recommendation. Thank you again everyone!

My brand-new Jeep was hit on the rear right corner by this lady, and her insurance company sent me to the Gerber Collision location on Alpharetta Hwy (Roswell, GA) for an estimate. I had already talked to the dealership and they recommended another place, but the way they brushed me off over there rubbed me the wrong way. Richard, and later in the process Larry took such good care of me that I decided to leave my Jeep to be fixed there instead of the place recommended by the dealership. Both Richard and Larry answered my 3 million questions, and were throughout the process very courteous, friendly and professional. I hope not to be involved in an accident ever again, but should I ever need body or paint work for my vehicles this is the place I will bring them to.

Being without your vehicle is a frustrating experience but Gerber really made it feel easier. The communication I received by phone and by text was outstanding. I never once had to wonder what the status of my repair was. The staff was very friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the timely repair and quality of service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning (the initial phone call) until the end (when I picked up the car). I felt that Jimmy went the extra mile in explaining to me the process when I dropped off the car. And he followed that up in explaining to me what was done when I picked it up. The lady at the front desk (I forgot to get her name) also explained to me the company's guarantee. And I like that USAA told me they also guarantee your work. Furthermore I felt the repair was completed in a short amount of time. Based on my experience I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass in Douglasville, Georgia to others.
