Everyone at the Cheshire Bridge Road, Atlanta location--from the young lady at the front desk to our Allstate estimator to the gentleman who pulled up my car and helped me move my child safety seats from the rental car--was so professional and helpful throughout the process of having our vehicle repaired after a collision. Emily M. was my primary point of contact, and she kept me informed every step of the way. Emily was completely knowledgeable and inspired confidence with her friendly and professional approach. Thanks to all who worked on our car. The body work was as impeccable as the customer service. I would definitely recommend Gerber--and Emily--to friends and family without reservation, and would not hesitate to have any future body work done at Gerber as well.

They even helped me arrange a rental and it was ready to go when I dropped my vehicle off. I recently had my rear bumper repaired and the service was excellent. I was kept in the loop regarding the progress of the repair. There is a rental car company onsite extremely convenient. Best of all my SUV was returned to me cleaned and detailed. In addition, I was given after repair care instruction. I was running a little behind due to traffic the office had closed, I called ahead and they waited for me - now that is customer service. I am one happy camper,

Go ahead and book your repairs at Gerber in McDonough. Don't hesitate. Their customer service/office staff is fantastic, and the word done on our Volkswagen was perfect. We were uncertain going in, never having had this type of service done in the area, but we are 100% satisfied, both with the actual work done AND with the way we were treated. We were kept fully informed with regular phone calls to update us on their work. I'm thanking Brittany, especially for the way the whole thing was handled. Thank you to everybody who worked on our Beetle. We won't hesitate to recommend your shop, and if we never need body work done again (or glass), we'll see you first.
