The personnel @ the Cartersville GA location really knows the meaing of customer service. From the moment I came in everyone was attentive to my needs & took care of what was required for the insurance company for the hail damage. I was kept advised of the progress of the repair & they delivered at the time they said they would. Kudos to an outstanding crew & a fantastic job done on my car. Gerber should be so lucky to have other locations with people like Brad W & Michelle M.

Samantha was an excellent and personal estimator. She walked me through the whole process, explained everything and kept in touch. Mike U. did a very professional job of managing the workflow when I checked in (along with a couple of other customers) - never looked rushed, but got things done efficiently and effectively.
