My car was keyed on a Friday. I called my insurance company and filed a claim with them. With in a few hours of my call to State Farm the body shop already called me to schedule an appointment. Dropped the car off to the shop on a Monday morning and I picked my car up on a Tuesday evening. The shop called me multiple times to keep me updated on my car. Hard to find good service. They did a great job.

Thank you for the superb service. Not only was the collision work done earlier than expected, my car looks as though it had never been in an accident. I sincerely appreciated the regular updates and finding the interior of my car cleaned when I picked it up. Everyone I spoke with was extrememly professional, knowlegeable and courteous. I was very impressed with Gerber. My car was ready to be picked up less than a week after I dropped it off. They also kept me informed throughout the process. If I ever need auto body repairs again I wont hesitate to choose Gerber.

After experiencing terrible customer service at Kenwood Auto Body in Germantown, MD, I contacted my insurance company to request another collision center for repairs to my vehicle. They set me up with Gerber near quitting time and the staff actually waited for me to arrive no questions asked. The Gerber staff were great, especially Nanette and Courtney. The guy that took the photos before upon arrival walked me to my car on pickup day was awesome as well and very reassuring that if I was unsatisfied in any way that they would square it away no problem. Thankfully, I was extremely satisfied and pleased with every aspect of the service that I received from this establishment! You all rock Gerber!! By the way, the update link with the photos of progression is an outstanding aspect of your services.

This place is awesome! From the very first time I made a phone call for inspection, they made me feel so comfortable and provide a very good customer service. Drop the car for inspection - they informed me very clear and service was quick. They also arrange the rental car Enterprise to come and pick me up. I like it very much!!. And most of that the time that took to repair my car is less than supposed to be -AWESOME! and the best thing: when I picked up my car - the service was very quick; they have already prepare my paper and I just signed it and go, WOW!.... when I got out, my car was awaiting me on the front door!.... Can't imagine I have a service like that and seeing my car like BRAND NEW CAR, they even wash and vacuum my car, UNBELIEVEABLE.
