We recieved excellent service and attention from our estimator Hieu L. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. He also made us feel welcome as he remembered our last experience with him at Gerber Collision and Glass. Also, as we were leaving, another Gerber employee, Ben P., put the finishing touch on our experience as he offered to polish the rear bumper of our car. We just wanted you to know of the wonderful experience we have had, now twice with Gerber Collision and Glass.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service I receiveve from this place. I get update 24/7 on the status of the job on my car and I would strongly recommand anyone to that place. Gerber Glenview did an excellent job repairing my GMC Terrain but just as importantly, they were very customer focused. Ben and Kelly were the two main individuals. Many organizations can get the job done but these two, did it with a smile on their faces and really wanted the customer to be totally satisfied. Gerber management should be proud of these folks and they deserve 5+ stars. Thank you Ben and Kelly.
