I was very pleased with the service on my car performed by Gerber Glass on Lehigh in Glenview. The work was more than acceptable and the staff went out of their way to smooth the process and coordinate with the rental car company for the loaner. If I ever have the misfortune to injure my car in the future I would not hesitate to return here!

SERVICE WAS GREAT! REPAIRS WERE ESTIMATED TO TAKE A WEEK AND THEY HAD IT DONE IN ABOUT 4 DAYS. MARK AND CALLIE WERE GREAT, CALLED ME WITH UPDATES ON THE CAR AND COORDINATED WITH MY BUSY WORK/COMMUTE SCHEDULE! GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND.

Excellent service, Great communication with Hieu Le (estimator) Callie at reception was very friendly & greeted me by name when I walked in. My car was completed earlier than promised. Rental agreement with Enterprise was great and the fact that i could drop off at Gerber was added bonus. overall was very impressed with professionalism of staff & location services.

From the moment I walked into Gerber, I was greeted warmly and professionally by the receptionist. MarkShulte took time looking over my car and explaining the procedure of having my car repaired. He took care of the details with the insurance company and the car rental company. The repairs on my car were done so well that it is impossible to tell that there was any damage. I am very impressed with Gerber Collision and I would recommend them to my friends.
