The experience was very positive from start to finish. Brianna, Samantha, Tony and Hu all did a great job of making me feel welcome, giving me an accurate quote, and following through with communicating how the repairs were progressing. The reception area was very clean and I'm sure that carried throughout the shop. The paint job was also expertly done. My car was very clean on the outside and inside when I picked it up. I have my beautiful CRV back! Thank you!

The customer service is outstanding the woman at the front desk her name was Breanna , who great she was friendly and very pleasent to talk to and they explained everything my estimator was nice and gave a very good est on my reapir. Very nice and pleasent experience i hope i never see them again ( joke) and if i do need anything i'll be back

After picking up our car from Gerber our car horn wasnt working so we brought the car back to Gerber right away. We were greeted with a smile and they told us the problem would be resolved in ten minutes. Five minutes later, we were informed that it wasnt a fuse that was making the horn faulty, but the fact that the horn was old. They had a horn laying around the office and promptly put it in our car free of charge. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at Gerber and I will continue using them for all my automobile needs.

It is a rare thing these days to run into kindness. I did just that at gerber. I brought my car in with a minor bump in the bumper. But I did the bump and really wanted it removed. Hugh was the adjuster I spoke to. He told me how to fix it the right way. I asked about fixing it without so much cost since I was not going to be collecting from my insurance company. He suggested he fix it for free. Free. I still don't believe how kind that was. His technition Tomasz Siemienick did an awesome job. My car bumper looks like new! Samantha the general manager agreed to Hugh's suggestion. What a place! I am so glad I changed insurance companies and now can rely on Gerber for any needs I hope never to have in the collision repair area. It is a good thing to know that kindness still exists!!! Thank you everyone at Gerber!

This is my second repair at Gerber-Glenview. I returned to this location primarily because I was so delighted with the quality of my initial repair, which involved a great deal of paint work on my new care. Andy Wisniowski, the painter at this location is FABULOUS!!!! Neither I nor my even pickier husband could tell where the care had been repainted. The same is true for the current repair, which was much smaller. This repair does not involve an insurance claim, and I chose the repair shop very carefully. That is why I returned to Gerber, for Andy's expertise.

The whole experience with Gerber from start to finish has surpassed all of my expectations. Hieu Le was true to his word and kept me updated daily. The repairs were done with the best care and craftmanship. My vehicle was returned to me and you could not tell that it was ever damaged. The crew did a remarkable job, right down to cleaning the vehicle inside and out befor I picked it up. Total satisfaction and then some!
