I wanted to give a shout out to the team at Gerber Collision. Our car had an unexpected meeting with a deer and it did not end well for either the car or the deer. Special shout out to Marti S, for her superb customer service through the estimate and completion of repairs - always understanding of the magnitude of damage/$$ to repair (keeping it real but also compassionate) and regular updates regarding the repair schedule. Managing expectation of a 3 week repair it was done in 2 weeks! Kudos to the repair team for that! I will always recommend Gerber Collision on Devereaux GS -to anyone in need of a good service and repair team - in an unfortunate collision situation.

I cannot express enough how grateful and impressed I am with the personnel and the superior quality of my car repair! Marti, my estimator, was so professional, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns with such authentic kindness! Robyn at the front desk.. I live very close and she very graciously gave me a ride home after dropping it off, and also picked me up when my vehicle was ready! Above and beyond! Stephanie at the front desk as well is always kind, professional and awesome personality! While waiting I had the pleasure of speaking with a couple of the technicians from the back, and they were such nice guys, and had such positive personalities! I was also not expecting that when I got into my most beautiful fixed vehicle, they had cleaned the mats and vacuumed! My Subaru went in after someone backed into my front end, took it in here for it to be fixed and would highly recommend this company. They had my Subaru for 10 business days and would get great updates from them stating what was happening and estimated time of finish. They got my car done a day prior to when estimated!

The Gerber team did an excellent job repairing our 2016 Lexus after a commercial garage door fell on the roof. Stephanie walked me through the estimate with a patient & informative demeanor. I damaged my car backing out of my garage. The fine people at Gerber Collision on Devereux Rd looked at the damage it as soon as I brought it in and assessed it as easily solved. The technician buffed the damaged area and restored it to new. Kudos to the friendly staff and technicians. If I have future car auto body problems, I will definitely go to Gerber Collision.

Excellent service and auto repair. Thanks especially to Austin and Sofi. From estimate to repair they repaired my vehicle perfectly and completed the work in a timely fashion. They worked directly with insurance and Enterprise car rental and made the process extremely easy for me. My first experience with insurance claim and auto repair and the friendly people at Gerber just took care of everything. Extremely impressed. The insurance company said I could bring my vehicle to any body shop of my choosing but they recommended Gerber and now so do I. Thanks again Austin and Sofi (and all there) for doing such an excellent repair so promptly and for dealing directly with the insurance and rental companies for me. Very much appreciated.
