Amazing repair done on damaged rear door. The whole car looks awesome! They were informative along the way and the only surprise was that they finished the car earlier then expected, which is a welcome surprise! This is my 2nd vehicle that they have done repairs to and though I hope I don't need any more repairs, they are definitely the go to place for glass or damage!

The work was awesome...I cannot even tell that my car was damaged! Feel like the company went above and beyond to help out. The process was simple and easy!

I was very impressed with the customer service and personnel at Greensboro's location of Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was very courteous and professional from start to finish. After leaving my vehicle in their hands for body work I felt very confident the body work would be done correctly. I received weekly updates via text messages and personal phone calls from the staff. My vehicle was completed and delivered on the promised date of completion. I am more than happy with the service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass of Greensboro, NC.

Experience was great. Employees were extremely friendly throughout the entire time. They worked extremely hard on getting may vehicle fixed and even managed to return the truck four days ahead of the scheduled due date. Great people and great company. Glad I choose them to do the work. We have a feet of 12 company vehicles and if we need body work again They will be the place I go to.

I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass by my insurance company. This was the first time I'd ever used them for body work. They were pleasant and helpful, even helping me save money on a car rental while my car was being repaired. They even arranged for an extra unplanned day of the rental. They were very communicative with me throughout the process and were open even on a snow day to allow me to come pick up my car when it was ready. They worked everything out with my insurance company with no hassles. I was very pleased.

The customer service was excellent at the Greensboro location. The repair work to be done on my car was explained to me in detail. The rear fender on my car was damaged and protruding which could possibly caused damage to other cars and created a hazard for runners and cyclist. Mallory, the service rep., said she did not want to see me driving the car with the protruding fender and asked the shop if they could fix it so I could drive safely until my scheduled time for final repairs. I got a repair estimate from another collision repair facility before I visited Gerber and they indicated they could not temporarily repair the fender. Gerber volunteered to fix it so I could drive safely. The final repair work was excellent and the car looks like a brand new car. Gerber made things very easy for us when we had to get our truck fixed. Everything ran smoothly. We received texts and/or phone calls every couple of days to give us updates on how things were going. Thie Service and Staff was great. They text and call me on update on my car repairs progress. My Car was repaired on the Date they Promise. The car look like it just came out of the Car Show Room. Pinstripes and all Damages. like new. Recommend to anyone whom need Car repairs. Friendly staff , Like you been knowing them for years. Nice clean shop and area. I gave them 5 Stars !!!!
