My car was towed to Gerber Collision and Glass at 712 Sunshine Way in Greensboro after a wreck. They were quick to attend to the damage of my car and they were very friendly and kind while doing it. These people are not only good at dealing with battered cars, they are pretty soothing to jangled nerves also. I just adore Mallory. If you have the misfortune to have a wreck, you can depend on them to help get you through it. I have never been more impressed by service people than I am with the good people of Gerber Collision on Sunshine Way. They're the best!

To Grrber Corporate and especially to Mallory and Michael - Greensboro NC You all are more like 10 Star! We' ve been there for car repairs on several location and never has the quality of your customer service and repairs faltered.. Above the rest and whenever in the future should we need car service, . For any reason, we will come your way.. I'm certain HARTFORD INSURSNCE will agree.. Thanks so much.. ( sorry we had the slight collision with the deer. Fortunately none of were injured..,,the deer lost a little fur??)

Great Job! Mallory took good care of us. We were hit by a deer and the car only had 2000 miles on it. Wanted to cry but Gerber made it as good as new.

This has been an experience like no other. Craig and his team take vehicle repairs with extreme care and concern. The precision detail to body work and mechanics sets them apart from others. If you want to make sure your car comes back the way it was before then this is the place. Kept us up to date on all repairs and insurance claims. This is our second repair with them and we will continue to use them going forward. Again I can not began to explain the top notch service we received. This is something that most business lack and will never regain. hats off to you guys and continue the great work.

Mallory was a great help throughout the repair process. She set up all the rental stuff and also communicated with the insurance company for me. She also checked in with me to let me know about the process and how things were going, she was always in touch and quick to answer any questions that I had. The process was so much easier than I would have thought, all I had to do was drop the car off and pick up when it was done. My car was done earlier than the estimated time they originally gave me, that's even after they got into the repairs and found extra damage and had to order more parts! Not only was Gerber easy to work with but they are friendly and cleaned my car inside and out! My car was spotless on the outside and to my surprise cleaned out inside as well! I recommend Gerber to anyone who needs auto body work, I know they will be ... my choice for now on anytime I need repairs completed! MALLORY M. provided excellent service all the way through. "Michael" welcomed me and made me feel comfortable while the daily team meeting was held. When Mallory came out to look at the vehicle everything was explained to me. The paperwork was done quickly and painlessly. I was given an approximate time line for the repair. My concerns about the vehicle's being totaled or not were handled empathetically. The warranty was explained at that time. Mallory called me weekly with updates. She also explained the process to include parts procurement and the repair process. Mallory provided me with a complete estimate of repair costs and my out of pocket expenses.. When I picked up the vehicle, WAY ahead of the promise date, Mallory greeted me at the curb. I found the vehicle to have been beautifully repaired and a further explanation of ... the required items and work done. We completed the paperwork and Mallory again explained the warranty and the normal care one should take when a vehicle is newly painted. I was informed of the referral process, the savings on any glass repairs, and the desire for on-line feedback and probable survey. I will be looking at the vehicle over the coming days to make sure everything is in order but feel certain that Mallory and the Techs did everything in their power to see to a complete and thorough repair. This is my second chance to do business with Gerber. The first time was a simple rear window on the cab of my truck at the High Point location. They, too, delivered excellent service. Should I ever need work of this nature done again I will be sure to call Mallory. I will also refer my friends and family to Gerber. read more
