I would like to thank Gerber Collision for the excellent job and service they provided in repairing my vehicle. Michael, Mallory and Leslie went above and beyond my expectation. They were so professional and friendly. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends, family and co-workers. I want especially thank Michael G. for calling Mr. T. in to clean my headlights for only $40 when others said they had to be replaced at over $400, they look like new. And lastly but certainly not least thank-you Leslie Jones for the kindness you showed my mom when we came by. My mom suffers from dementia but she is still talking about the lady that gave her candy. She can't remember your name but still remember the kind act. Thanks again for everything the vehicle looks great.

The service that I received at Gerber Collision & Glass located at 712 Sunshine Way in Greensboro, NC is a 10 plus in all categories, beginning with the prompt scheduling and quick repair time to the professional treatment that I received from the personnel there and the absolutely perfect repair work that was done on my 2011 Cadillac SRX. Would especially like to commend and give credit to Michael G. and Leslie J. for making this a totally painless experience. The people at Gerber go way above and beyond anything that you would expect. Michael G. took an extraordinary amount of time on my initial appointment to explain fully the "game plan", he also arranged for a rental rep from Enterprise to pick me up and provide a rental vehicle, and throughout the entire process I did not have to left a finger or ask any additional ... questions. I would like to take a moment and comment on the wonderful and friendly service I have received at Gerber Collision & Glass located in Greensboro, North Carolina. I first had contact with the employees at this location after having been involved in a vehicle accident back in October of last year. What impressed me the most is how an employee identified as Michael G. actually seemed to be more concerned about my well-being then he was about how much money they were going to make. The way Michael and Leslie Jones handled my claim throughout the process was almost unheard of when it comes to customer service. It has been a long time since I have received customer service at this level. There are so called five star restaurants and hotels that could learn from these employees. I recently returned in June for a problem with a different ... vehicle in which I had the pleasure of not only once again dealing with Michael and Leslie, but I had the opportunity to meet with Craig Smith (Manager). Mr. Smith went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a manager at a location even as far as getting hands on. I can only say that you have an excellent staff at this location. The customer service that I received from these employees is natural and not something that can be taught. I can only comment on these three as they are the only employees that I had any contact with and can insure you that Gerber Collision with me a location that I recommend to anyone I know that is in need of their services.
