When it looked like an unexpected delay was going to leave us without the car for the weekend, Mike & his team pulled out all the stops, and managed to get the car sorted for us just before the close of business on the Friday. Thank you for taking such good care of us during the ice storm we experienced here this past March. Our Insurance Company, THE HARTFORD GROUP, sent us directly to you at GERBER and you've both been wonderful to work with. The staff at GERBER on Sunshine Way, Greensboro, NC are the best, most efficient, most caring of any company we've dealt with car care or otherwise... You value us as a customer and we certainly value you as someone that we will come back to if the situation ever arises. We hope we never have damage like this from a storm or accident ever again... but we certainly know where we want to bring our cars to!! Michael was just the greatest to work with. took care of both of our automobiles and kept us up to date constantly on progress. I cannot remember the front desk receptionist name, (Leslie? perhaps).. but she was awesome ... as well. You DEFINETELY NEED more stars than a simple 5 for this staff. Gerber worked with us and worked quickly to help our situation. My husband is active duty military and we were visiting North Carolina for only a short time on leave from our home in Kentucky. Craig worked closely with us to get the car done as close as possible to my husband's report date back to Fort Knox. Even though they weren't able to finish before my husband had to be back they went above and beyond to help me and my son when we went to pick it up by ourselves to drive 8 hours back across 4 States to get home. They not only helped me move my luggage, car seat etc back into my vehicle but also reassured me that they took it for a good test drive to make sure I would have no issues on my long drive home with my baby. They truly exceeded expectations and I will recommend them to anyone I can in the Greensboro area!

The manager and employees were extremely helpful and polite at all times. They sent me updates via text message at every step of the process. They were efficient in getting the car rental company there to pick me up and rental drop off was easy and seamless. The work they performed was top of the line and they explained the process and after care to me very clearly. I would most definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who may need repairs.

This is woefully overdue! I am a repeat customer. I stopped by and asked Michael G, who had serviced me on two prior occasions, how much it would cost to touch up two very small chipped areas on my truck. He had Darren C touch up the spots and did not charge me for this. I am a loyal customer, and have developed even more loyalty by having Michael extend this work at no cost to me!
