Very Satisfied with the whole process of having my car fixed. Everything was explained to me in detail. Employees were very knowledgeable and very kind. Also, I got my care back before the expected date of completion. The most unexpected thing when I picked my care up was that inside and outside was clean as a whistle!

Van was done when promised and completely cleaned. Look like it came off of show room floor. Also ease of a rental car pick up and drop off at location. Highly recommend.

My car was hit in a parking lot and this collision company was recommended for repairs. They did an amazing job. The car looks the same as when I bought it, AND they cleaned the interior and washed the car. WOW! Employees were polite and informative--- kept me in phone contact with the entire process. I hope I don't need their services again but would not hesitate to call them.

Sadly, I wrecked my 2017 Ford Transit 2 weeks after buying it. I was really worried it would never be the same. I used Gerber because they were in the network of my Safco Insurance. I'm glad I did, because my car came back in flawless condition. I had both mechanical and body damage to the vehicle, and both were expertly repaired. They called me with updates every Tuesday and Thursday, which is really comforting when you are wondering what the status is. I can't recommend Gerber enough. Five stars!

Where to begin: I have been in Ohio for 6 months and I had the unfortunate luck of someone backing-up into my car that was parked in the driveway. The other driver's insurance company took care of the claim since I wasn't at fault, and the insurance company set me up with Gerber to get my car fixed. I treat my car like my baby, so at first, I was a bit nervous to give my car to this place, but little did I know how AWESOME Gerber would be! Everyone was so courteous and friendly.
