This experience was amazing...best customer service I have ever seen. Everyone was nice and the communication was perfect. Maurice made sure that I knew what was going on every step of the way with emails and texts. He always had a smile for me....and when I picked the car up, not only was it repaired, but they had detailed the car inside and out! Top notch, will definitely return if ever needed!

Hello, I wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the customer service at Gerber. I dealt with Christian mainly and he was always very nice and ensured that my car was in perfect working condition. Even after the car left the facility and 2 days later we started having troubles with the front end, he insisted I bring the car back and he had it fixed. I was very pleased with the ladies at the front desk as well, they were very personable and it was nice to sit and chit chat with them.
