Great service on my car's body work. I was given a real VIP treatment better than what I used to get from other collision places in Louisiana. And they gave me an excellent advice on the issue why my wheels were shaking. Some unskilled motor technician would have been doing some many costly experiment on the car for too long. But with just one look, they gave the best and straight to the answer solution to the problem. I went straight to firestone as advised and I bought 4 new tires, now my car drives so smooth. Even better than when I first got it.

I am happy that I chose Gerber Collision & Glass to repair my 2009 Kia Rio after a minor accident! The office staff was very helpful in scheduling a repair time and arranging for a rental. The branch General Manager, John K., explained all of the repair details upon intake and kept me up to date on the progress of the work. Upon completion, Mr. K.lead me on a detailed inspection of the collision repairs. I was quite impressed with the quality of the work! I was also surprised to find my Kia Rio in a "detailed" state of cleanliness! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass because of friendly service and the quality of the work.
