Your General Manager John K. explained the repairs needed and helped arrange the repairs through the insurance company including arranging for a rental car. The service was so hassle free that I will have no qualms about recommending your shop to my friends and family.

I took in my car to be repaired at Gerber Collision and Glass. The service was very professional. Everyone from the receptionist to the General Manager was polite and took the time to explain the process to me and also patient enough to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Gerber was even kind enough to provide me with a car rental to help me manage my daily routine during the time that my car was in the shop! I can't speak highly enough of their service, simply awesome!
