I am very pleased with the service I received from the office personnel. I was highly distraught after my vehicle was damaged. I was not sure how I would handle the situation at all. The staff at Gerber handled the entire process from calling my agent to help assist with the claim to setting up a rental for me during the repairs. I feel confident that I would bring my car back if need be.

I had brought my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 into the Highland division for body repair to the left rear passenger door. The entire staff employed at this division was polite and very helpful from entering the business to discussing the repairs and time line in which the work would be done. The office called me several times to up date me on their progress and the repairs were completed according to the time line I was given when I left my vehicle for the repair. I was never left guessing to when I would get my vehicle back. The staff is amazing and the work that was done at this location was top notch. I am very pleased with the way I was kept informed and the appearance of my vehicle when I received it when the work was completed. Gerber did a fantastic job repairing my Ford Focus. We had extensive front end damage and they had us in and out in a short period of time just as promised. They also kept us updated throughout the repair process and our car looks fabulous! Nice job.

I have bad luck with cars. To make my life easier, I've just learned to accept that fact and to take my car to Gerber Collision and Glass in Highland. I've dealt with them 4-5 times for minor scratches and chips, to more major incidents like a piece of semi tire tread ripping out fuel lines and tearing off a bumper. There's never any hassles, they are always friendly and they never make me feel like I'm a bother. Danielle is incredibly friendly and helpful, and Rick gets the job done right, every time. I would/do recommend them to anyone in need of collision or glass repair! You won't be disappointed, I know because I haven't been!

An outstanding job! From the office staff, shuttle driver to management; very profesional, courteous and prompt service. The use of texts as a method to keep customers informed as to the status was wonderful. I would like to particularly single out Aaron Hanson, General Manager. Aaron was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He did what he said he was going to do and the job turned out great.

Gerber Collision did a great job repairing my Santa Fe - both mechanically and body work. They were very responsive, contacted me regularly to give me updates and spent the time to explain the problems they found and what they repaired. Their attention to detail resulted in finding some things that may have been overlooked by other repair shops. I would highly recommend them to handle my vehicle should I need it repaired.
