While I don't feel good about having both my car and truck in for repair at the same time I doo feel good about picking this company and location for the repairs. The truck while being a 2005 they realized the care that the truck was in new condition and cared for it like it was their own. In 12 years of being in the area we had not need this type of repair and the guys there helped us through the process. They explained every thing step by step and kept us up to date. AAA rating on all aspects of the job and customer service.

Everything was the best from start to finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time in my life that a repair shop did not fall in love with my vehicle and keep it for an extended stay. Everyone was great! The manager was cordial and invited me into his office while he took care of the paperwork. We had a nice chat about our kids while he arranged for service. He told me it would probably be done on Friday and it was. When I walked in, the receptionist was very nice and when I picked the car up, she was personable and very helpful. I'm a teacher and usually have a cart I put all the papers to be graded in, and when I picked up the car, the manager pulled my cart and put it into the trunk for me after walking me to my car. Great job, great service!

Great service! I have never gone with providers that the insurance co. wants me to use because I was worried I'd get poor service but the exact opposite was true with Gerber. They even surprised me by fixing my ashtray inside my car with no charge and without me having to ask....that isn't what I went in for but they must have noticed it when they were driving it. I would highly recommend this company at the Highland location and will use them again in the unfortunate event that I need to :) It is refreshing in this day and age to actually have a business who treats you like they appreciate your business rather than treating you they are doing you a favor by taking your business!
