I have used Gerber before and asked my insurance company for us to use them. They agreed. Gerber people were polite and did what they said they were going to and the quality was great. My experience with Andrew from Gerber was great! He walked me through everything step by step, he called me with regular updates. When I did have a question he called me back promptly. I never felt I was out of the loop. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm very happy with their customer service. My car looks great. If needed, I would go back to Gerber no questions ask.
