My last visit was for a quick touch up and they were very busy, but the manager John went above and beyond to help me. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Gerber Collision has a superior captain running the Huntersville, NC location.

I have used this location of Gerber Collision & Glass on two different occasions. The service was outstanding. Estimates were prepared in less than 24 hours. The car waited for parts for only a couple of days the first time and was taken immediately the second time. Managers and employees were courteous and efficient. I received feedback on nearly a daily basis. The work was completed as scheduled both times. Workmanship was excellent. The experience both times exceeded my expectations. It is also a comfort to have the National Lifetime Repair Guarantee. This location is rated high by Allstate.

This is the third time my family has had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Gerber's Collision & Glass. Each trip was professionally & courteously! Office staff is tremendous, answered questions and keep me up to date in progress of work. The cars wee delivered back sometimes cleaner then we left them. The craftsmanship is great and the work was done in a timely manor! Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends!

Although I have been unfortunate to have been involved in several accidents over the past year, I know my vehicle is going to be taken care of at Gerber Huntersville. They always keep me updated on my repair progress, help coordinate a loaner, answer any and all questions I might have and do everything they can to get my car out of there quick! Allison over there is top notch, she's super helpful and friendly, any concern I've ever had has been promptly addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Nobody likes having an accident but these folks make the process as painless as possible!!!

Hello, I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know of the excellent customer service I received from Allison G. at your Huntersville, NC location. The morning I drove my car in to Gerber she was first of all very friendly and welcoming. She took a look at the damage of my car and said she would get an estimate to me asap. ASAP she did, she followed up that morning with detailed email of what needed to be done. We exchanged several emails and she was so prompt in her response to each of my questions and it literally took me by surprise as so often the customer has to keep reaching out to a vendor to find out what is going on or what the answer may be. I too work in customer service and I wanted you to know how appreciative of the way she is doing her job and also representing Gerber.
