Fortunately, I haven't had to handle collision repair very often in the past. However, now that I have had this experience with Gerber Collision, I will never go anywhere else. Their staff are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They not only meet your needs, they anticipate them and are proactive. "I am sending this note about a positive feedback and great experience I have had today at your " Gerber " shop, in Huntersville, NC. I was very pleasantly surprised with professionalism of the ladies working at the front desk to the manager Joe who took care my problem. I expected I would be for a long time in a shop, but all was very quickly. Joe did give me a couple of option how to fix my problem with a car. He was very realistic with problem my car had. He fixed it very quickly and that was the shortest visit in car shop I had ever had in my life. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and clients for the future needs."

I was involved in a fender bender south of Charlotte. Police fixed bumper so I was able to drive to sons house. My insurance company suggested Gerber, I was a bit hesitant at first since I own a Prius and was cornered about their knowledge of hybrids. After much discussion I took my car there Monday 5/20/2013...my fears immediately went away when I saw many hybrid in this large and very well maintained business. Auto was finished Thursday, and looked great. Everyone at this business was friendly and helpful. I would be happy to answer any questions regarding this business and would definitely use them again.....if I had too....which I hope doesn't happen.

Our experience with Gerber Collision has been our best experience that we've ever had. From day one they were professional and excellent at giving updates and just making us feel comfortable with the whole process. My wife wasn't able to get to the collision center so my wife was the one handling all the communication. Everyday she spoke very highly of how seamless the process was and how happy she was Gerber was fixing our vehicle. They even called us and told us that they were able to identify a small problem with the vehicle. They took care of it with no problem and that goes to show how thorough they are with their work. Once the vehicle was fixed we were trying to figure out how we were going to drop off our rental car. Gerber Collision and Glass coordinated with the rental car company and we were able to drop off the car at Gerber ... and they turned in our rental car for our convenience. Not to mention once my wife got in my car and was driving home she realized that the car had been washed and vacuumed, just to put the cherry on top. Allison was great and we enjoyed talking with her, she was so down to earth and very professional. Mike was also great if we had a question or request he provided whatever we needed without hesitation. Enclosing even though we had a situation that started bad with someone breaking into our car once it was dropped off at Gerber we couldn't have imagined that they would make the difference in making it a great one in the end. read more

What a wonderful company to deal with , if you happen to be in a situation of needing car repair Gerber Collision did a marvelous job on my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and professional. They not only repaired my vehicle they cleaned it inside and out. I was able to pick my vehicle the next day. They have a scoring of 1-10 I give them a 11. I hope I won't need to see them again !!!!!!!

Gerber collision took great care of me and my car! I took my car to them on a Thursday, they informed me it will be ready the following Thursday, but it was actually ready a day early!! I also had to get a break leak repaired due to the accident I was in and they repaired the other side for me as a bonus!!! And it didn't cost me anything :) I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision...Ask for Allison or Ken
