Christine kept me in touch with what was going on with my vehicle at all times. All of the crew was very friendly and very helpful. Their auto body man, Ron, did a very professional job . They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, and it looks good as new inside and out. They took extra measures to make sure my vehicle was clean when I pick it up and little things were fixed. I'm very happy with Gerber Collision & Glass and will recommend it to all of my friends.

Fast, courteous, professional service. While on vacation in Coeur d'Alene, ID, I required minor collision repair to the front bumper on my Lexus. Gerber worked me in to their very busy schedule and repaired my car quickly. This allowed us to continue our vacation with minimal interruption and fair, reasonable cost. Thanks, Gerber!

This was really our first experience with collision and auto body repair and we did not know what to expect. We have been very impressed with the way that the office handled our claim; the cost of the repairs; the detailed information about what would be done, how it would be done and the length of time it would take to complete the work; and the way that Gerber Collision texted updates to keep us in the loop. Additionally, a few extra touches (such as buffing the cloudy headlights, for example) which were not expected or paid for and were very much appreciated. And the coffee was good, too!
