My negative experience of being rear-ended was turned into a positive by the great customer service provided by Gerber. I was provided courteous care in a very timely manner. I took my car in on a Wed and had it back by Thursday. The repair looks great. My car was washed and vacuumed. It truly looked better than when I took it in. If ever I need auto body repair again, I will consult Gerber and I will be happy to recommend this company to others who need this service. Thanks!

From the moment I first spoke with Shelly, all the way to picking up my repaired vehicle from John...the service provided by Gerber throughout the entire process was exceptional. The staff was consistently effective, courteous and professional. Couldn't have asked for better communication, speed, or quality of work...it was all top-notch. Would highly recommend!

John and shelly were beyond helpful when it came to taking care of my car. I cant rave about them or the business enough. I was kinda embarrassed when I got my car back as it was spotless inside and out and when I took it in there it was filthy. I would defintally recommend these guys to everyone and if ever I need this service again, I hope not, I already know who will do the work
