Chris G. offered to polish a scrape on my Ford Fusion rear passenger door for no charge since it was superficial damage. I have had several repairs done at this facility over the years on our cars and have always been very satisfied.

When I first picked up the car I wasn't happy. The newly painted bummer didn't match the rest of the car. Rick advised me to bring it back. I did and am so glad I did. My car looks beautiful again! He was able to adjust the hood and now you can't even tell. I am very pleased with Rick E, he went above and beyond and I am very grateful! Will recommend to family and friends, if I'm ever in need of body work I will return to Gerber! Great job!

Mckinley B. is the BEST. He expedited a seemingly small repair for me, which was installing a new driver-side mirror. I was struggling to drive safely on the highway, and he moved things around to fit me in the very next day. I was so grateful. On top of that, he remained in close contact with me by email throughout the process, and the work was flawless. A huge thanks to Mckinley and to Gerber!

Rick E. the Production Manager, personally came out to my car and fixed my left front quarter for free by replacing the mounting bolt connecting it to the bumper. This was not even covered by their warranty since it was unrelated to the outstanding insurance repair Gerber performed on my car 5 years ago. This underscores how Gerber Collision and Glass truly cares for its customers even if there is no profit to be gained. Thanks again. I was involved in an accident in 2015 I recently started having my drivers for catch on my front fender. It caused paont chips on my door. I went into the shop and Rick E started to help me. He looked at my car then pulled up the work they performed on it back in 2015. Apparently my front fender wasn't damaged in the accident. Rick saw that I was upset and offered to realign my fender fender and to touch up the paint chips that i had in my door. Rick and the while team was nothing but helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending gerber to everyone who needs auto work done. Rick has definetly made me a life long customer!

Had slight followup on some repair work that the Downers Grove office handled. Gerber said I could come in and they would handle it. Absolutely followed through. I stopped in, they evaluated and fixed the issue quickly and I was back on my way. Great experience.
