I parked my car in a store parking lot and when I came out to my dismay someone had scraped the care in the rear panel and of course they left the scene - no note, nothing. So on the way home I stopped at Gerber in LaGrange because they had worked on my car previously. Rick came out took a look at the car and went in and got some magic potions and wiped the marks away. There is still a very slight indentation in the car panel but the offending black marks are gone and the paint has not been broken. Since the car is 10 years old and I am even older, I decided that do any further repair would not be necessary. I tried to give Rick a token of my appreciation ($) but he refused and said it was his pleasure to be of assistance. From the time we called to bring our car in for repair, Gerber was most helpful. Jessica was gracious and courteous; Stephanie gave us our estimate in a timely and friendly manner; we did not think we'd need a rental car, but when we did, we were able to get a great car from Enterprise. Updates via cell phone were helpful, and the car was done ahead of schedule.
