My insurance company recommended Gerber to me, after my car had suffered a lot of cosmetic damage in a parking lot mishap. The Gerber staff was patient and helpful, and kept me in the loop as my car was repaired. When I picked up my car, it looked great. The mechanic walked through all of the repairs, explained how the bill had been calculated, and patiently answered my questions. It's been a few weeks, and my car still runs great. I hope I never need such repairs again -- but if I do, I'll call Gerber.

I had the unfortunate luck of being in two collisions within a month, varying in damage from rear bumper/panel replacement to side mirror replacement. The service I got from estimate to picking up my car has been smooth and flawless each time. They were flexible to accommodate my crazy work schedule, professional and explained everything to a layman such as myself, and I ended up paying LESS than the estimate both times. They care and work with you here. Everyone is amazing, and I wish I could shout out everyone, but Jordan Z made my experience 5star. Recommending this location to everyone, and returning for all my collision and glass repairs

My car was brought into Gerber Glass after a hit-and-run. The staff could not have been better. Fantastic customer service, Fast, efficient, and professional in the way they care for your car. I have an electric car. And I was hit in the back. We all learned that in electric cars when you're hit in the back, it disturbs some sensors in the front. It was only through their diligence and Care, that we discovered this fact and were able to re-calibrate the car. They went the extra step to figure ths out. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gerber glass and particularly want to thank Bill and Fabian for their time and care. Their commitment to getting my car fixed and returned to me as quickly as they could was impressive. It sounds strange to say but I hope I never have to see them again, under these circumstances. The customer service and repair service were excellent. I would recommend Gerber to a friend. The only suggestion I have is add an automated text update to the customer that lets them know of updates on the repair with an estimated date for completion. My son had repairs to his car and once the shop started work, they would send daily updates and completion date. He could accept or opt out.
