We were struck by a hit and run vehicle at 10:45PM on a Friday evening. We called Gerber the next morning and Vincent was kind enough to give us an estimate at 9:30 AM on a Saturday. Vincent was in constant contact with our insurance company, updated us on the progress of our car often and the team repaired it to perfection in less than 2 weeks. With the shortage of parts in the marketplace today, Vincent and the team at Gerber worked diligently to make sure everything needed to repair our vehicle was available for us. When we picked up our car, the manager Don was kind enough to go over all the repairs and inspection with us. He reminded us that we have a lifetime warranty and if anything should need to be adjusted or repaired again to call him immediately. Wow! Totally impressed with this group from the front desk to the finish and delivery. The damage was the the driver side rear end bumper and again WOW! The repacement work was flawless. My car was delivered 3 days sooner than expected and in far better condition (inside and out) than when I dropped it off for repair. I most definitely will refer everyone needing service to the Schaumburg team. Thanks again Mark Lutz and to the entire team at Gerber Schaumburg!

Fortunately I have very little experience with collision repair. My car was injured without my presence in a garage and they were paying for it. Gerber Collision did an excellent job repairing my auto body damage. They worked directly with State Farm providing the estimate and billing them directly. They keep you updated via text or email of the status of your auto repair at least every other day. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more competent.
